Once again, it has been a good 26 years for all of us. This year the show is November 6 & 7 with set up on Nov. 5. The Expo center is again the place to be. Set up is Noon till 9 PM on Friday Nov. 5 and 7 till 9 AM on Saturday Nov 6. The hours are the same as always, 9 - 5 both Sat and Sun. Security arrangements will be as in the past. If you filled out an advance application at last years show your tables are already reserved. We will be sending you a confirmation and invoice shortly.

Table assignments will be done as we did last year. You get to pick your location. Please see attached sheet for table layout and numbers. Please note that the numbers may have changed due to an increase in the number of tables. If you placed an advanced reservation we will correct the numbers for you but you will still be in the same physical location. Please indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices on the application. Note also that the prices vary by location. Enclose the proper remittance for your 1st choice. In case of conflicts, the earliest postmark will govern. Tables that are not paid in full are subject to resale. In the case of a 2nd or 3rd choice price difference, the balance will be adjusted at the show. Please see the show website for confirmation.

Certain tables are only available in a multiple of 2, 3 or 4. Tables around the walls must be in a group of 2 or 4. End caps on the isles must be in a group of 3 or more.

The table diagram will be posted on our show website, www.nrvshow.org. It will be updated on a weekly basis for your information. The table layout allows 8' inside the tables and isle widths of 10 - 12 feet. This should make things comfortable for all. All of the layouts have been moved to the back of the building so vendors will have first access to the customers.

Please notice that the table prices have not increased this year. The cost will be $10 per vendor if you wish electricity. Remember you must bring your own power cords and multi-bars.

also ask that no animals be brought into the building. This does not apply to service animals of course.

We had the smoothest show we have ever had last year and one of the best financially. I know that the economy is in turmoil at the present but we look forward to seeing you. I think we will have a good year. Remember the tables are on a first come basis so don't wait around.
